  • What if I received the wrong item?
    We apologize if you received the wrong item in error. Please contact us immediately upon receiving the wrong item and we will arrange for the incorrect item to be returned and a replacement or correct item to be sent to you. To receive a refund or replacement, please return the item in the same condition as received within 14 days.
  • Do you sell cannabis products?
    No, we do not sell cannabis products. We specialize in offering apparel, accessories, and mobility training classes to promote a cannabis wellness lifestyle.
  • Can I cancel my order after it has been dispatched?
    If you need to cancel your order after we have dispatched the products, please return the unopened products to our head office address in accordance with our returns policy.
  • What if I receive a damaged or faulty item?
    If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us at hello@highpertrophy.com and we will assist you in receiving a refund or replacement. If the item was damaged during delivery, we may need you to fill out a Lost Parcel or Damaged Items declaration form.
  • What is your returns policy?
    Our returns policy can be found in our shipping & returns section. Briefly, if you would like to return an item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact in order to receive a full refund. Please keep proof of postage from the post office as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.
