SHIPPING & RETURNS

At Highpertrophy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

 

Here's some information about our Returns & Shipping Policy:

UK Returns for Online Returns: If you would like to return an item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by sending an email to hello@highpertrophy.com and including your order number.

 

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact in order to receive a full refund. Please note that once you have opened and/or used the product containers or packaging, you will not be able to cancel your order or receive a refund.

 

We will process your refund once we receive the returned items. The refund will be issued to the original credit/debit card used for the purchase.

Please keep proof of postage from the post office as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.

Order Cancellations:

 

If you need to cancel your order after we have dispatched the products, please return the unopened products to our head office address in accordance with our returns policy above.

Wrong Item Received:

 

We apologize if you received the wrong item in error. Please contact us immediately upon receiving the wrong item and we will arrange for the incorrect item to be returned and a replacement or correct item to be sent to you. To receive a refund or replacement, please return the item in the same condition as received within 14 days.

Item Missing:

 

If you have not received your complete order or if an item is missing, please contact us and we will investigate and resolve the problem. If your delivery has not arrived within 10 working days, please contact us so that we can raise an investigation with Royal Mail.

Damaged or Faulty Items:

 

If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us at hello@highpertrophy.com and we will assist you in receiving a refund or replacement. If the item was damaged during delivery, we may need you to fill out a Lost Parcel or Damaged Items declaration form.
